Are your users reporting the Quick Create forms are not working? Specifically, that they are not working after having used them once?

We’ve started seeing this as well from clients as well as active projects.

First things first, this issue appears to be only affecting Chrome users (using the version 65.0.3325.146 and later).  Our advice? Validate first that the Quick Create forms are rendering properly in Internet Explorer, Edge, or Firefox.

We did some research and Microsoft tickets have been submitted based on a few discussion threads. There is some CSS trickery that can be used, but this does not appear supported.

Our recommendation? In the meantime, have users refresh their browser to start a new session or use a browser other than Chrome. Any questions or suggestions? Let us know in the comment section below!
