What does this mean for our customers?

Our Gold Competency in CRM shows that eimagine works to stay up-to-date and on the cutting edge of Microsoft Dynamics technologies. Staying at the forefront of CRM technology helps us deliver timely, effective solutions to our customers.

Our customers also receive the benefit of solutions created by a staff of Microsoft certified technology professionals. eimagine employees have to pass numerous CRM certification exams for us to be eligible for the Gold Competency. These exams show that eimagine employees are certified experts in CRM.

What doesgoldcompetencyplaque this mean for us?

There are currently more than 640,000 worldwide Microsoft Partners, and only 5% of these partners hold competencies. This puts eimagine at the very top of the Microsoft ecosystem. eimagine is also the only Indiana-headquartered business with Microsoft’s CRM Gold Competency.

Microsoft sent over a plaque for us to display in our office, along with some other branded items. A certain unnamed ETG “employee” found a special use for the flag that Microsoft included! You may have seen this “super” display over on our Facebook page.

What’s next?

We’re always looking for ways to learn more, and to help our employees become experts in the field. We’ll be working towards more Microsoft competencies in the future; we aren’t stopping here!
