Recently I had to get my iPhone replaced, because it stopped charging. I tried several adapters and cords and nothing. The Apple store was very helpful and replaced my iPhone (luckily it was still under warranty).

With a new iPhone (or if you reset your iPhone), you get all of the default settings. A useful setting is the battery charge percentage; by default this percentage does not display. This tutorial will show you how to turn the battery percentage on.

  1. Click on Settings.
    iPhone Settings
  2. Click onĀ General.
    iPhone Settings General
  3. Click on Usage.
    iPhone Settings General Usage
  4. Scroll to the bottom under BATTERY USAGE and click the toggle button to turn the Battery Percentage on.

  5. Now the Battery Charge Percentage now displays!
