Business Analyst

Mobile Solutions Developer

We are seeking a full-time Mobile Solutions Developer with a full stack and ux skill set to join our fast-paced Scrum Team who is ready to hit the ground running. Daily Scrum meetings & close interaction with team team members, our clients and management are keys to the success of our projects. Position is based at our home office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Description of Duties:

  • Define and develop new native/hybrid mobile applications and web products (iOS, Android and web).
  • Enhance existing mobile applications and web products with added features and functionality.
  • Directly interface with customers to support, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate application functionality for new and existing customers.
  • Code, test and analyze mobile and web applications throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Deploy and debug native/hybrid mobile and web applications.
  • Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Object Oriented Programming Architecture.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • HTML5 – Intermediate
  • Javascript – Intermediate to Expert
  • CSS – Intermediate
  • Familiarity with “Git” is preferred
  • Experience with creating client-facing web-based applications
  • Solid practices in user experience-minded development
  • Familiarity with Xcode and/or Android Studio and/or Eclipse development environment is a plus.
  • Self-directed and experience utilizing Google, Stack Overflow, etc. for technical answers
  • Effectively prioritize, organize, use time-management skills and be adept at multi-tasking

MS Dynamics CRM Developer

The Developer would be expected to participate in the maintenance and operations of MS Dynamics CRM, conducting system troubleshooting analysis and development to keep systems current. Description of Duties:

      • Responsible for the design, development, and on-going support of custom applications and objects within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and performing as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of CRM software to include technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, system upgrades, etc.
      • Will be responsible for keeping up-to-date on all current technologies related to CRM software to ensure that during periodic updates of the software that stakeholders are kept informed as to changes

Desired Skills and Experience:

      • Workflows and customizations
      • Optimizations, Extending, and Upgrading in CRM 2011/ CRM 2013
      • .NET / C# Programing
      • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
      • SOAP and REST Web Services Development
      • MS Certifications preferred
      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major coursework in Business Management, Computer Science, MIS or Marketing required.
      • Must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in both written and verbal communication.
      • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Sales Coordinator
