MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a MS Dynamics Developer who can work with Development Teams and Testing Teams to ensure that the requirements are met. The Developer would be expected to participate in the maintenance and operations of MS Dynamics CRM, conducting system troubleshooting analysis and development to keep systems current. Daily Scrum meetings & close interaction with team team members, our clients and management are keys to the success of our projects. Description of Duties:

  • Responsible for the design, development, and on-going support of custom applications and objects within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and performing as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of CRM software to include technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, system upgrades, etc.
  • Will be responsible for keeping up-to-date on all current technologies related to CRM software to ensure that during periodic updates of the software that stakeholders are kept informed as to changes

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Workflows and customizations
  • Optimizations, Extending, and Upgrading in CRM 2011/ CRM 2013
  • .NET / C# Programing
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • SOAP and REST Web Services Development
  • MS Certifications preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major coursework in Business Management, Computer Science, MIS or Marketing required.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Oracle/BI Developer

We are looking for an Oracle/BI Developer to join our team. Candidates must have active secret security clearance to be considered for this position.  Candidates must be able to work independently, be proactive and take responsibility for their deliverables.

Position Summary:

  • The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Business Intelligence capabilities in a timely and accurate manner. Candidates must possess an excellent understanding of the data warehouse lifecycle, and must possess advanced Business Intelligence skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams
  •  Work independently and proactively
  •  Communicate updates efficiently and effectively
  •  Document business requirements
  •  Create data flow and process maps
  •  Collaborate and promote data warehouse strategy and methodology
  •  Perform complex Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL)
  • Develop metrics, measures, perspectives, and KPIs
  •  Analyze complex data and create data models
  •  Optimize and support advanced data warehouse processes
  •  Create reports, analytics, and/or business intelligence solutions for customers

Desired Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of data warehouse experience
  • Oracle product suite of Oracle 10g
  • Oracle Business Intelligence tools
  • Microsoft Excel

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent
  • Must have Active Secret Security Clearance

SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst

Job Description

Candidates must have active secret security clearance to be considered for this position. This position works predominantly in data integration between a variety of financial systems. Candidates must be able to work independently, be proactive and take responsibility for their deliverables.

Required Knowledge/Skills

  • Expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design and audit readiness.
  • Strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP ERP functional areas: FM, FI, CO, SD, MM and PM modules.
  • Perform security reviews of the SAP systems and participate in audit and compliance activities.
  • SAP enterprise access controls.
  • Knowledge in protecting sensitive business information by ensuring roles are built and assigned appropriately in all SAP systems.
  • Assists in identifying gaps in security administration processes and procedures as well as areas for significant improvement, optimization and automation; and assist as a security subject matter expert and provide technical direction to team members and developers.

Special Knowledge / Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent job related experience
  • Must have Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Team player with ability to work in a collaborative team oriented environment
