Five years ago when I joined the eimagine team, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect.  I was coming from a large corporate environment and had never been part of a smaller, yet quickly growing, organization.  I remember my interviews at eimagine, meeting the senior exec’s within the company, and being impressed.  I found the open communication within all levels of employees/management to be refreshing, unlike the bureaucracy I had with previous companies.

The exciting thing is…..I am still impressed today even as our company has doubled in size.  Our culture is unique.  What you see is what you get with eimagine.  I’m biased for sure, but it’s rare these days to find a CEO who frequently tells his staff, “You’ve got an idea, question, concern….come see me.  Bring a cup of coffee.  My door is always open.”  The changes in our executive team over the past five years have been additions/promotions; no one has left.  There’s a reason for that. When you join eimagine, you’re in the driver’s seat with your career path.  We frequently connect with our folks regarding what areas they’re passionate about, what new things they want to learn, and ultimately, who they want to be within our organization.  We have fun, we work hard, and we support each other.  These simple principles have made eimagine a company we all are proud to be a part of.
